Nurse since 1996. Eléna worked in the emergency department of the Regional Hospital of Saint-Jérôme until 2008. She practices in the Emergency Department of the Polyclinic part-time. She is a benchmark for our nursing team in all evaluation and technical aspects of nursing. Elena has a good judgment, empathy and her energy helps drive our healthcare team.

Annick Morin

Nursing assistant Annick joined our team in 2014. Her role is to conduct patient assessment, along with Johanne. Making active listening, establishing a helping relationship, cleaning and dressing wounds, doing blood tests, vital signs, administer vaccinations and do telephone follow-up of some patients are also part of daily work of our nurses . Passionate about her craft, Annick practices his profession remarkably where well-being is always in foreground.

Annie Charron

Medical secretary for over 15 years in the ENT field, Annie joined our group in 2015. Annie is known for her patience, courtesy and efficiency. An experienced secretary who knows to make work enjoyable day for all.

Francine Tassé

Medical secretary for over 20 years at the Urgence Polyclinic St-Jérôme, Francine is our reference. She is the pillar of operations in our clinic. Organized, conscientious, flexible, throughout the years she has known to meet the needs of our clients and our professionals.

Caroline Laurin

Medical Secretary graduated in 2013, Caroline joined our team just after the end of her studies. Autonomous, discreet and involved, Caroline is a resource person in the computerization of our clinic. Her work is invaluable in our modernization process.
