What is a private medical clinic outside of RAMQ?
When a medical clinic is private, it means it is not part of the public network and that doctors working there are non-participants in the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec (RAMQ). Therefore, your consulting fees or medical treatment can not be refunded by the Régie.

The fees vary according to the care administered by our emergentologists. A general consultation for a health problem or a medical issue is offered at a cost of $120. Any other service such as medical or nursing procedures may incur additional charges.
Do I have to open an account at the Polyclinic?
You do not need to open an account at the Polyclinic St-Jérôme, you can get an appointment the same day by simply calling us at (450) 431-7666.
What are the business hours of the Polyclinic?
Our business hours are 9 am to 18 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and from 9 am to 16 pm on Tuesday and Thursday. Our clinic is also open based on availability of our doctors, Saturday from 9:30 am to 18 pm. Note that you can contact us at 7 am to make an appointment on the same day
